JOB SUMMARY Job Profile Summary Responsible for originating, developing and evaluating infrastructure projects geared toward growth of ONEOK’s Natural Gas Liquid (NGL) blending strategies. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Research existing contracts to identify potential profitability and liabilities Help in the preparation for complex negotiations with potential customers or service providers Participate in development of projects to support NGL and Refined Product blending business strategies Prepare economic models, perform calculations, and conduct analyses for evaluation of optimization and organic growth projects as applicable to the position Evaluate data to determine its applicability to our business operations and utilize this information to help formulate our overall strategic business plans Interact and participate with engineering, construction, operations, contract administrators, commercial, scheduling, land, regulatory, legal and others regarding project development opportunities Develop, interpret, and/or prepare information and correspondence including but not limited to: Policies & Procedures Contracts & Agreements Internal & External Correspondence Request for Proposals Tariffs Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent formal education to include a combination of courses such as finance, accounting, engineering, business management, or job related experience Work Experience Experience in use and function of office equipment including computers and applicable software Experience and/or knowledge including but not limited to: Contract Negotiation Contract Analysis Economic Analysis Research Skills Communication Skills Experience analyzing data with a strong business acumen Experience researching, analyzing, and resolving issues and/or questions concerning contracts, agreements, regulations, policies, and procedures Experience developing and preparing contracts, agreements, reports, presentations, policies, procedures, and correspondence applicable to position Experience reading and interpreting reports, correspondence, industry publications, contracts, and computer manuals and printouts Experience interacting, advising, negotiating, and communicating effectively Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to: understand regulatory obligations as applicable to the position Ability to: apply math, algebraic formulas, statistics applicable to position, and economic models Ability to: communicate and/or exchange information or instruction Ability to: collaborate across operational areas and business functions to progress projects to completion Ability to: work with mental agility in a fast-paced and collaborative environment Ability to: focus and show initiative to tackle analytical challenges Licenses and Certifications None required Strength Factor Rating - Physical Demands/Requirements Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
