Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate client needs, concerns, and treatment goals, subsequently developing tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in California.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with diverse clients.

• Commitment to providing culturally competent and inclusive care to all clients.

• Experience with electronic medical records systems is preferred, but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

As a licensed Mental Health Counselor at Sunflower Mental Health Counseling Center, you will earn an annual salary ranging from $78,000 to $115,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend and have complimentary access to our platform's services as clients, providing a unique advantage to better understand our offerings.
