Sharp Brains in Washington state seeks an onsite IT Support Specialist to resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues while delivering outstanding customer service. You will manage incidents to resolution, perform IMAC and deskside support, and install and maintain Windows OS, desktop images, updates and patches.
