Job Description
Innovative Driven is seeking a Transactional Attorney to assist a small NYC-based law practice.
\n \nThe firm's attorney is looking for part-time assistance with contracts (asset sale/purchase); real estate (leases); governance matters (operating agreements, shareholder, bylaws etc.); and employment agreements.
\n \nThis is a FULLY REMOTE position for a NY-barred attorney interested in part-time work with varied hours depending on workflow.
\n \nRESPONSIBILITIES:
\n- \n
- Redlining contracts and handling NDAs \n
- Gathering signatures on NDAs and other contract documents \n
- Reviewing and responding to vendor contracts \n
- Completing legal administrative duties regarding contract workflow \n
- Reviewing and redlining leases and license agreements \n
REQUIREMENTS:
\n- \n
- Candidates must be a JD and barred in New York \n
- At least two years of transactional legal experience \n
- Ability to independently handle contracts for governance and employment matters \n
