Parts and Service Admin Specialist

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused team player to join our Parts, Tools, and Service Department. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering on our commitment to providing the fastest tool repair in the industry. You will manage tool and parts inventory, generate repair quotes, coordinate service schedules, and collaborate closely with customers and sales teams.

salary: $22 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Scheduling toolroom and service departments activities and balance workload
 Receiving parts/tools – matching description to order, verifying quantities are correct, and
storing in dedicated locations
 Logging items for repair or inventory, starting the tracking process
 Generate customer quotes including working up all associated costs
 Pulling parts for service order requests and invoicing completed orders
 Oversee the ordering and shipping of components to and from vendors - replenishing stock
parts and purchasing as-needed parts for repairs, keeping minimum stock on hand for common
items
 Communicating completion dates, and schedule changes, to all stakeholders
 Cleaning and organizing of the tool room
 Enter all payables for parts/ tools and machines
 Order processing for stock and non-stock for multiple warehouses
 Collaborate with team members across departments to streamline processes
 Able to share office space with team member with minimal distractions
