Business Development DirectorWe rely on our Business Development Director to design and execute the business development plan, lead sales strategies, and promote the centers' services, clinical expertise, and programs.Why Work For Us?Excellent health benefits packagesCareer advancement opportunitiesEducation reimbursement program of up to $7,500 per yearFlexible scheduling availableExcellent wagesBenefits & Conditions:No waiting period for enrollmentThree health plan optionsDelta DentalVSP VisionFree Basic Life InsuranceDisability, Critical Illness, Accident & Legal Coverage401(k) Retirement PlanEmployee Assistance ProgramResponsibilities:Gather and analyze local market data to determine community needs and identify qualified leadsConduct business development calls/visits outside the LivingCenter(s) to include, but not limited to health care providers, Physicians, senior organizations, appropriate special interest groups, and other community contacts.Develop a strategic plan with Leadership when requiredFacilitate patient transition by collaboration with the appropriate center employees/Direct ConnectGrowth of ADC through relationships new and existingDevelop and implement special events and presentations to assist in maximizing fair market share.Qualifications:Clinical, healthcare, or related industry experienceMinimum two (2) years experience in outside sales, business development, marketing or related experienceExperience in healthcare related lead generation preferredExperience in post acute or acute organization preferredClinical or Healthcare leadership experience background preferredKnowledge of healthcare delivery system including levels of care and reimbursement models is preferredKnowledge and experience with Managed Care, Medicare, state specific Medicaid regulations and electronic referral managementMust be capable of maintaining regular attendance#BYHCIND
