Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds, needs, and therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, comprising individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. therapists will benefit from working closely with clients from varying cultural backgrounds, enhancing their understanding and support through sensitive and inclusive care practices. Each therapist is encouraged to utilize their clinical expertise to address the unique needs of their clients effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of a valid LMFT license in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of three years of experience working in clinical settings, with a demonstrated ability to handle complex cases.

Preferred Experience\n

While three years of experience in clinical settings is required, additional experience in marriage and family therapy, particularly in a private practice setting, is highly desirable.
