In this full-time, onsite role, you will focus on improving patients' quality of life by executing thorough assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and implementing rehabilitation strategies aimed at restoring movement and function.

Work Environment

This role is based in our outpatient facility located in Marlboro, New Jersey, where we offer a welcoming and professional environment conducive to both growth and recovery. The office is equipped with state-of-the-art therapeutic tools and resources, which support our hands-on approach and ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. Our work hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on their specific conditions and rehabilitation goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities while managing a patient caseload, allowing for effective 1-on-1 treatment sessions throughout the day.
• Implement evidence-based approaches to enhance mobility and functionality, including exercise regimens, manual therapy techniques, and patient education.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, ensuring all evaluations, treatment plans, and billing information comply with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation specialists, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide feedback to patients and families regarding progress, set new goals, and address any questions or concerns that may arise.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our focus is on a diverse patient population, primarily individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and post-operative rehabilitation. As part of our team, you will be instrumental in helping patients navigate their recovery journeys through personalized care and empathy.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid New Jersey state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, particularly within orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Strong expertise in manual therapy techniques and a deep understanding of physical therapy modalities.
• Proficient documentation skills, with an ability to maintain organized and accurate patient records.
• Competency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and billing processes.

• Experience working in a fast-paced outpatient environment, effectively managing multiple patient appointments.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while fostering a collaborative team spirit.

Compensation and Benefits
