Work Environment

The position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Facility in Keyport, featuring an array of modern equipment and therapy tools designed to support physical rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' needs, abilities, and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based techniques.
• Manage a patient load of one patient per hour, providing focused and effective care tailored to individual recovery goals.
• Employ manual therapy techniques and other therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and functionality.
• Monitor patient progress closely and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, progression notes, and billing information according to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation aides, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid New Jersey Physical Therapist license is mandatory.

• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation best practices.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions or adverse board actions against your license.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a fast-paced rehabilitation facility or those who have worked with a diverse patient demographic. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Trigger Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
