Work Environment

This role is based entirely onsite, as you will be visiting patients in their homes throughout South River and the surrounding areas. Our home care model provides a unique opportunity to work closely with patients in their familiar environments, allowing for personalized treatment and improved therapeutic outcomes. Your schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, providing a structured workday that allows for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patient movement and function to develop customized treatment plans that address their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education, aimed at restoring functionality and reducing pain.
• Monitor patient progress through regular assessments and adapt treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation using EMR software, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating seamless communication with other healthcare providers.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, those with chronic pain conditions, and elderly patients needing support to regain independence. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
