Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, limitations, and overall health status. Develop personalized treatment plans based on these assessments.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, manual therapy, and the use of assistive devices, to aid in pain relief and enhance mobility.
• Monitor patient progress closely, documenting treatments provided and responses observed. Regularly adjust treatment strategies in consultation with patients to ensure maximum efficacy.
• Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers about the recovery process, including the use of specialized equipment and exercises to encourage adherence to therapy.
• Stay updated with evolving best practices in physical therapy by participating in professional development opportunities such as workshops and conferences.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to establish holistic treatment plans that address not just physical rehabilitation but also emotional and psychological components of recovery.
