The work setting for this position is an outpatient office located in the vibrant community of East Brunswick, NJ. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgical procedures to establish comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Utilize a variety of treatment methodologies, including exercise regimens, manual therapy techniques, and functional training to alleviate pain and enhance patient mobility.
• Document patient responses and progress meticulously to refine treatment strategies and ensure alignment with therapeutic goals.
• Regularly reevaluate patient progress to adjust treatment plans as necessary, maintaining a high standard of patient care.
• Recommend and fit patients for assistive devices when appropriate, empowering individuals to achieve independence in self-care and mobility.
• Provide training and education to patients, their families and caregivers, as well as other collaborators in the healthcare team regarding therapeutic modalities and procedures.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, reading relevant literature, and networking with peers in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients range from children to geriatric individuals, each presenting unique rehabilitation challenges. You will work with diverse demographics, addressing various conditions such as post-operative recovery, chronic pain management, sports injuries, and developmental disorders. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Must possess a valid State License in Physical Therapy.

• Proficient computer skills, including word processing, to document patient records and communicate effectively.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of patients and the healthcare environment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
