This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Perth Amboy, allowing for direct hands-on treatment and engagement with our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and needs, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual goals.
• Utilize evidence-based methods such as exercise therapy, manual therapy, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation to facilitate patient recovery.
• Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback, ensuring clear communication with both patients and healthcare team members.
• Provide education and training for patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and the use of assistive devices to promote independence in daily activities.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in physical therapy by attending workshops, participating in ongoing education, and engaging in professional associations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our physical therapists work with a diverse patient population, ranging from pediatric to geriatric clients, including individuals recovering from surgery, sports injuries, strokes, and chronic pain conditions. We strive to provide personalized care that addresses not only physical recovery but also mental and emotional support, allowing patients to regain confidence and autonomy over their lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with patients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in computer skills and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.
• A flexible, adaptable approach with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• While prior clinical experience is not required, any experience in physical therapy or related fields will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of specific therapeutic techniques applicable to both adult and pediatric populations is desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 - 120,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
