Medication Compliance & Education Coordinator
Trilogy
Trilogy is seeking a Medication Specialist to provide oversight and administrative support for Outreach programs. You will assist CST teams with medication changes, documentation, and compliance across multiple office locations in Chicago, IL. The role involves data entry, audits in Trilogy and clinic EHRs, and collaboration with RNs and program staff. You will help ensure safe medication practices, participate in weekly CIR meetings, and support training on medication interactions and high-risk #J-18808-Ljbffr Trilogy
