Customer Experience Advocate

Providing exceptional service remotely, the full-time Customer Experience Advocate will handle inquiries, resolve customer requests, and educate clients on digital tools while contributing to a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to deliver effective solutions and navigate policy details Accurately document and resolve customer requests while promoting self-service digital tools Identify and escalate trends to improve the overall customer experience and meet performance goals Required qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in fast-paced environments High school diploma required; experience in the annuity, retirement, or finance industry preferred Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and adapting to new technologies Strong decision-making and time management skills Ability to work flexible shifts while maintaining performance standards under pressure Virtual Vocations Inc
