- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop financial reports and analysis to provide insights into company performance and financial health.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate and achievable financial plans.
- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis, identifying areas for improvement and corrective action.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including investment opportunities, cost optimization initiatives, and pricing strategies.
- Provide insightful financial recommendations to management based on analysis and interpretation of data.
- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial information.
- Continuously assess and improve financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting their development and success.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Controller or similar role, with a track record of success in financial management and leadership.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
