Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapy sessions with couples and families, ensuring a thorough understanding of each individual’s needs.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to address a variety of issues including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Developing tailored treatment plans that incorporate individual and family dynamics into the healing process.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment outcomes.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive care to clients.
\n
• Participating in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various challenges. You will be equipped to address issues such as job stress, adjustment to separation and divorce, medical issues, blended family dynamics, and more, helping clients foster healthier relationships and manage their emotional well-being effectively.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
