Reporting to: Associate Vice President

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 base, plus uncapped commission

\n

We are looking for a Senior Management Associate to join our FARC team in New York. This is a specialist role focused on the Asset Management New York market, working closely with our client-facing consultants and a SVP who is one of Oliver James’ global top billers. You’ll take ownership of client development and candidate delivery across a high volume of permanent mandates.

\n

The role supports an AVP and top biller within the Oliver James NYC office. This is a high-demand, high-output position — ideal for an established 360 recruiter who wants to focus on working a specialist market and have the opportunity to become a top biller themselves.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running a full 360 desk within Asset Management Front Office
\n
• Leading senior-level client conversations with confidence and authority
\n
• Headhunting high-calibre talent with strong qualification discipline
\n
• Collaborating across teams to cross-sell and scale client partnerships
\n
• Creating opportunities for yourself and the wider business
\n

Who We’re Looking For

\n

\n
• A confident, commercially sharp 360 recruiter (either contract or perm)
\n
• Minimum 2-3 years recruitment experience
\n
• Comfortable leading meetings with senior clients
\n
• Collaborative – you share leads, candidates, and intelligence
\n
• Entrepreneurial within a framework
\n
• $250k–$350k consistent annual billings
\n
• Able to work in a hybrid capacity from our New York office (relocation support available for eligible UK citizens).
