Description - Your Role

• Conduct a variety of clinical laboratory tests across disciplines such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test outcomes for reliability, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform essential maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Provide assistance with specimen collection and ensure that samples are prepared effectively for testing.
• Document all procedures with precision, mentor new employees or students, and contribute to maintaining laboratory standards of excellence.
• Ensure a tidy and secure workspace, in compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Obtained a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree, alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your career.
