What You'll Do - Key Responsibilities

• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples as necessary for testing.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of all procedures, provide training for new team members or students, and help maintain laboratory quality standards.
• Uphold a safe, clean working environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with ASCP or AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain your certification actively during your tenure here.
