Ovation Tax Group is looking for experienced phone sales professionals to join our growing sales team.

We provide tax resolution services to people and small businesses that are actively seeking help with IRS and state taxing authority issues. Our sales representatives speak with inbound prospects who have already expressed interest in finding a solution .

This is a consultative, high-ticket sales position. Successful candidates know how to build trust quickly, understand a prospect's situation, clearly communicate the value of our services, handle objections professionally, and confidently ask for the business.

What You'll Be Selling

Ovation Tax Group addresses a variety of IRS and tax-related issues, not limited to but including:

• Back tax debt
• Wage garnishments
• Bank levies
• Unfiled tax returns
• IRS collection actions

Who We're Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Have experience in high-ticket telephone sales
• Are comfortable managing a sales conversation from beginning to end
• Have strong objection-handling and closing skills
• Are comfortable selling services in the $5,000–$10,000 range
• Can communicate confidently while remaining professional and empathetic
• Perform well in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Are comfortable working with a high volume of inbound opportunities
• Understand how to balance sales performance with doing what is right for the customer

Experience in tax resolution, financial services, legal services, debt relief, insurance, home improvement, or other high-ticket service industries is helpful but not required.

Compensation

Our compensation structure rewards strong performance.

Top performers can earn approximately $150,000–$400,000+ annually, with monthly earnings potentially ranging from $12,000–$30,000+.

Compensation includes:

• Commission on closed sales
• Commission based on collected receivables
• A consistent flow of inbound sales opportunities
