Legal Intake Specialist / Closer

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused Legal Intake Specialist to join our growing law firm. This role combines legal administrative support with client intake responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and keeping work organized in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in English and Spanish , communicates with confidence and empathy, takes initiative, and enjoys building relationships with prospective and existing clients. We are looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership of their work. Previous law firm experience is a plus, but not required . Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and conduct structured client intakes in English and Spanish Build rapport quickly and provide an exceptional experience for prospective clients Gather information from prospective clients and guide them through the firm's intake process Clearly explain the firm's services, representation process, timelines, and next steps Capture accurate and detailed client information in the firm's CRM and case management systems Follow up with prospective clients to complete intakes, collect required documentation, and ensure a smooth onboarding process Provide administrative support to attorneys and the legal team Prepare, organize, and maintain client files, legal documents, and correspondence Schedule consultations, appointments, and assist with calendar management Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, courts, and other third parties as needed Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with firm policies at all times Perform additional administrative and legal support duties as assigned Qualifications Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong phone presence with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly Self-starter with a positive attitude who takes initiative and works well independently Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable speaking with prospective clients and providing outstanding customer service Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Google Workspace , including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Google Drive Experience using CRM or case management software is a plus Previous experience in customer service, client intake, administrative support, sales, or a law firm is preferred, but not required A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a collaborative team environment What We're Looking For The right person for this role is someone who: Takes initiative instead of waiting for direction Enjoys talking with people and providing exceptional customer service Is naturally organized and detail-oriented Learns quickly and adapts to new systems and processes Communicates professionally and confidently Works well independently while also being a strong team player Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems Compensation $22–$27 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the firm #J-18808-Ljbffr Simply Legal
