Team First Environment!Job DetailsWe are currently seeking an innovative and dedicated Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in exciting projects while working in a team of seasoned engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all engineering and technical aspects of our projects to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Responsibilities:Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small to large-scale projects in coordination with the project manager.Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.Assess potential risks, materials, and costs.Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems or deficiencies.Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.Handle over the resulting structures and services for use.Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety, etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.Use design software to plan and design transportation systems, hydraulic systems, and structures in line with industry and government standards.Perform or oversee soil testing to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations.Test building materials, such as concrete, asphalt, or steel, for use in particular projects.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and design.Proficient in the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software.Familiar with scientific rules and methods to solve problems.Excellent mathematical skills.Ability to manage a team of professionals.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Ability to think methodically and to manage projects.Excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to work as part of a team and to lead one.Proficient in design software.Proven working experience in project management.Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.Project management and supervision skills.Decision-making ability and leadership skills.Current engineer license.Time management and organization skills.
