Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, crisis interventions, and counseling sessions that address both emotional and behavioral issues faced by clients.

• Maintain ongoing communication with medical staff and team members to discuss patient progress, challenges, and evolving needs.

• Document clinical activities with precision, maintaining thorough and accurate records that comply with organization policies, including progress notes and treatment interventions.

• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and adjust treatment plans based on psychosocial assessments, ensuring appropriate discharge planning.

• Uphold relationships with community leaders, representing Within Therapy & Wellness at relevant meetings to advocate for the social needs of clients and foster community partnerships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work primarily with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
