Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices and a solution-focused framework to create personalized treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven methodologies, to facilitate client progress.

• Maintain meticulous, accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards to protect client confidentiality.

• Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging regularly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
