Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients and their families to evaluate psychosocial needs, crafting comprehensive and individualized treatment plans.

• Prioritize and manage a diverse caseload by evaluating the needs of new, current, and discharging patients within your area of responsibility.

• Diagnose and provide treatment for various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Coordinate specialized assessment services and therapeutic interventions, ensuring they align with best practices in the field.

• Implement brief solution-focused therapy and harm reduction strategies, adapting methods to suit the unique needs of each patient.

• Offer crisis management and bereavement support, along with other necessary interventions that cater to the social work aspects of therapy.

• Adhere to clinical and ethical guidelines to ensure the safety and health of both staff and the individuals we serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at High Crest Counseling Inc., you will work with diverse client populations, including individuals and families facing a wide range of psychological challenges. Your clients may experience trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. The clinic prioritizes inclusive practices, ensuring all clients feel valued and understood regardless of their background.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted clinical license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent.

• Demonstrated strong understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic interventions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to apply them effectively in clinical scenarios.

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience providing counseling services.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
