Meyer Utility Structures is an industry leader in the engineering design and fabrication of concrete and tubular steel structures for transmission, distribution, and substation applications. Location Tulsa, OK (On-site) Hours M-F (Subject to change based on business needs) What You’ll Do Proactively source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels, including local school partnerships, job boards, referrals, and community outreach. Partner with Human Resources and hiring managers to maintain applicant flow, provide timely candidate feedback, and support an efficient hiring process. Accurately document and track candidate activity and progression within the applicant tracking system (ATS/UKG). Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance, start date coordination, and new hire onboarding. Build, maintain, and nurture a strong pipeline of candidates for hourly production and plant-based roles. Communicate regularly with hiring managers regarding active requisitions, candidate status, staffing priorities, and local labor market trends.
