Craftsmen Resources is seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Recruiter to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a dedicated professional who excels at identifying and placing skilled craft talent for various construction projects. This role is a perfect fit for a results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the recruiting and a passion for people. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for skilled trade positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Create, post, and oversee job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.

Actively source and engage with a pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels including our own database and 3rd party sources.

Perform thorough reference checks and work history verifications to ensure candidate quality.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Assist with the management and support of craft employees post-hire, serving as a point of contact for HR-related matters.

Effectively communicate with candidates, internal teams, and clients across all channels (phone, email, in-person).

A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the construction or skilled trades industry.

Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting software.
