We value the rich diversity that comes from blending local perspective with our global network.We are looking for a Vice President to join our Healthcare Group either in the New York office or the San Francisco office to work on a variety of strategic transactions for industry-leading and emerging players across Life Science Tools and Diagnostics sectors. The ideal candidate will have a background in Life Science Tools and Diagnostics.We’ll trust you to:Perform financial analyses and create modelsPrepare and create client presentations and marketing materials Interact with client senior executivesManage deal processesProvide guidance to and supervise Associates and AnalystsYou’ll need to have:At least three years or equivalent of investment banking experience with interest in Life Science Tools and Diagnostics Demonstrated leadership skills and be a team player with a strong motivation to contribute to a positive team cultureTop performance with comfort operating in an unstructured environment which values initiative, creativity, maturity, and poiseAbility to support, manage, and empower junior bankersStrong client and presentation skillsStrong quantitative background and analytical skills coupled with meticulous attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneouslyWhat we offer:We strive to enhance the total health and well-being of our employees through comprehensive, competitive benefits. We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately $250,000 - $275,000 USD. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant’s years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, relevant skills for the role, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
