Job Description

The Human Resources Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding. This position will partner closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical and high-turnover positions. The Recruiter will also coordinate temporary staffing needs, maintain recruiting records and reports, and ensure hiring practices comply with applicable employment laws and organizational requirements.

Responsibilities:

· Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, selection, offer coordination, and onboarding support

· Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using job boards, applicant tracking systems, social media, job fairs, community events, and other sourcing strategies

· Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, clarify job requirements, and update job descriptions as needed

· Track recruiting activity and prepare reports related to applicants, candidate sources, resume flow, and new hires

· Coordinate temporary staffing needs and maintain relationships with staffing agencies while providing additional HR support as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a combination of at least 3 years of relevant HR experience, education, and/or training

· Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience with strong knowledge of sourcing and candidate screening practices

· Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills

· Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office 365, job boards, and social media

· Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

The base pay range for this position is $26.79, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
