Senior Director, Governance & Frameworks Group Lead

Job Description Responsibilities include coordinating Platform-level risk and control routines, monitoring progress against OKRs, and ensuring timely escalation of material issues. The role involves overseeing control monitoring, driving issue remediation, and maintaining strong risk hygiene. The Senior Director will drive simplification and automation of processes, embed data‑driven insights, and leverage existing tools and best practices. Partnering with Platform teams to embed controls in change initiatives and product delivery, providing clear risk and control insights to Platform leadership, and representing the Platform in Risk & Control forums are also key responsibilities. Directly manages more senior managers and ensures their focus on functional objectives. May have matrixed management responsibility and oversee geographically dispersed teams, adding to the complexity of duties. Responsibilities include achieving goals and objectives, guiding senior risk managers, and influencing organizational outcomes. The role's scope and impact may be modified based upon local regulations and requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required; advanced degree preferred. 15+ years of total work experience with 5–7 years of management experience preferred. Experience in Financial Services is preferred.
