ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the banking industry, where I developed a strong background in financial services and helping customers navigate important decisions. Outside of the office, I’m married with two children, and family is a big part of both my life and the culture we’ve built within the agency. We’re proud to be actively involved in our local community, with a particular focus on supporting high school athletics. Our agency stays connected through local baseball, football, and wrestling programs and enjoys supporting the students and families in our area. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Manager for Dennis Hurst - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:
