SOURCiS, Inc., a leader in bariatric and plastic medical tourism, is looking for an enthusiastic Surgery Sales Representative. We are seeking a talented and motivated individual with sales experience to work at our corporate office in Folsom, CA. Core Responsibilities Extensive follow-up Inbound/Outbound Telephones Inbound/Outbound Email Assist Sales and Marketing teams Communication with Prospective Patients and Patients Familiarity with a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) like Salesforce, etc. Qualifications Proven experience in a sales, consulting, or customer service role, with a demonstrated ability to convert leads. Medical or aesthetic industry experience is strongly preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic and professional phone and email manner. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software (Zoho preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). A high degree of professionalism and discretion. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Familiarity with Bariatric and Plastic Surgery procedures is a significant plus.
