Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing interdisciplinary team and support individuals of all ages in reaching meaningful milestones across clinic, community-based, and telehealth settings . Full-time or part-time pay - up to $51 per hour, based on experience PRN pay - up to $63 per hour, based on experience Full-time hours needed for these cities (services): SLP Gilbert, AZ (clinic, community, and telehealth) SLP Tucson, AZ (telehealth and community) SLP Phoenix, AZ (telehealth and community) Part-time and PRN SLP hours needed for these cities: Arizona City Casa Grande Chandler Coolidge Eleven Mile Eloy Florence Gilbert Litchfield Park Maricopa Phoenix Queen Creek Tempe Tucson Waddell, AZ Key Responsibilities: Assess speech, language, articulation, voice, and fluency skills across all populations Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based therapy plans Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate, timely documentation Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize progress Provide caregiver education to support carryover of skills in home and community settings Coordinate services across clinic, community-based, and telehealth platforms Manage caseload, scheduling, and ensure accurate billing practices Specialty & Program Areas: Support Feeding Services (High-Need Area) in collaboration with OT/SLP Assist with Custom Durable Medical Equipment (DME) as part of interdisciplinary collaboration Participate in Community-Based Services (marketed as community services, not home health) across all disciplines Provide Telehealth Services across all disciplines Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Arizona state licensure/certification as an SLP One year of experience preferred, but not required Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle (for community-based services) Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented approach What We Offer: Full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities available Comprehensive compensation and benefits package (for 32+ hours/week) 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay Career growth and advancement opportunities nationwide Supportive, mission-driven work environment Meaningful work where you make a lasting impact every day Join our team at Advanced Therapy Solutions and make a difference every day!
