Human Resources GeneralistProvide comprehensive Human Resources support to business unit in all areas of HR including employee relations, job descriptions, policy development and changes, talent acquisition and new program support. Essential duties include developing and administering training for managers and employees on HR programs, supporting business development and operations teams in identifying job titles, descriptions, pay grades and salaries, working with managers on organizational changes, conducting full scale recruiting, preparing reports and data for HR metrics, investigating employee relations complaints, addressing employee questions and concerns on all aspects of HR, preparing employee separation notices and required documentation, conducting exit interviews, and analyzing turnover data.Core competencies include commitment to company values and ethics, dependability, motivation, organization, communication, problem solving, and strong customer orientation.Qualifications include strong recruiting skills and experience, strong employee relations experience, high sense of urgency, ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, high level of Microsoft Office skills, and a Bachelor of Arts degree or Bachelor of Science degree from a four year college or university with three to five years related experience and/or training.The job is administrative, located in Miami, Florida, in the Aircraft Services department, and is full-time with an exempt overtime status.
