Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services, including psychotherapy and psychoeducation, tailored for students experiencing various mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, and emotional disturbances.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate students' emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based, culturally competent, and responsive to each student’s unique circumstances.

• Collaborate effectively with educators, school staff, and external healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to student care, addressing both academic and social-emotional needs.

• Monitor and document patient progress through electronic health records (EHRs), adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Engage in family sessions and provide valuable resources to families, equipping them with tools and strategies to support their child's mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
