Job Requirements Schedules service for customers either in person or on the phone to ensure prompt and accurate diagnosis of any problem Makes repair recommendations and manages the delivery of repairs by setting and managing customer expectations Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude, answering any questions and/or directing them to the appropriate person or location Verifies customer appointments and all relevant customer information (name, VIN, tag number, mileage, etc.) Arranges service or repair and sets expectations for cost and completion Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner 1 year previous experience preferred Confident and professional phone manner Strong computer and Internet skills Inside sales experience is a plus Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results Benefits Clean, professional and fun work environment Paid vacation and personal time Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401k Plan Health Savings Account Discounted gym membership General Motors Dealership Employee Pricing Richard Chevrolet is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Richard Chevrolet
