ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Key Holder, better known as a “Floor Leader,” at Skechers, you’ll take on an essential Retail Leadership Role, contributing to store operations and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional customer service. In this entry-level management role, you’ll oversee daily operations, support sales goals, and help maintain the store's premium shopping environment.
