MetaSense, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/07/2026 Duration: 12 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Local candidates will not be considered. Applicants must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position. Required Experience : Med/Surg and Stepdown experience required . Required Skills & Experience : -1 year of experience. -Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques and procedures. -Ability to organize, plan, coordinate and evaluate nursing services and apply nursing techniques. -Ability to maintain good working relationships with other employees. -Good verbal and written communication skills. -Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors. Required Education : -Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Preferred Education : -Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program. Required Certifications & Licensure : -Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC). -Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association.
