Are you an experienced Audit Manager looking for an opportunity with a leading public accounting firm? We're searching for a dedicated professional to join our team in Lakewood, NJ. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audit engagements
- Ensure audit processes adhere to industry standards and regulatory guidelines
- Build and maintain client relationships, delivering quality service with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
Qualifications:
- CPA License (required)
- 3+ years of relevant audit experience in a public accounting setting
- Preferred background with Employee Benefit Plans & Non-profit audits
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
