Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that address the intricate needs of older adults, focusing on their cognitive, emotional, and social well-being.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that encompass various therapeutic modalities, considering the patients' cognitive changes, physical health, and social factors.

• Provide evidence-based interventions tailored for elderly individuals, including both individual and family therapy sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California is mandatory.
