Our education programs facilitate the successful implementation of phone-free school environments by providing administrators and teachers with education, training, and development resources, along with all necessary equipment. In addition, Yondr supports top artists in music and comedy by creating phone-free shows, allowing performers and audience members to enjoy live performances without the distraction of phones.

POSITION SUMMARY

Yondr is seeking an experienced Part-Time Recruiter to provide recruiting support over the next 3+ months as we scale our hiring efforts, with a primary focus on building our Educational Sales team. This individual will partner closely with the Lead Recruiter and hiring managers to manage multiple searches and help move candidates efficiently through the hiring process.

The ideal candidate brings strong in-house recruiting experience, has recruited for Educational Sales or similar roles, and is comfortable independently managing multiple searches in a fast-moving environment. This person will play an important role in representing Yondr to prospective candidates, so we are looking for someone who can speak authentically and enthusiastically about our mission and the impact of our work.

This is a hands-on recruiting role that will support the full candidate lifecycle, including partnering with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and ATS management.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring support
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define target candidate profiles, and align on recruiting priorities
• Source and engage qualified candidates, with a primary focus on Educational Sales roles
• Conduct initial recruiter screens and assess candidates against the core requirements of each position
• Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and help keep candidates moving efficiently through the process
• Provide timely, thoughtful communication and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information, interview activity, and hiring stages within Ashby
• Manage 5+ individual contributor searches simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and follow-through
• Partner closely with the Lead Recruiter to follow Yondr's recruiting processes, interview practices, and overall hiring standards
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and represent Yondr's mission, culture, and opportunities professionally throughout the recruiting process

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to start in early October
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 2-3 years of in-house recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for Educational Sales, K-12 sales, EdTech sales, or similar sales positions
• Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously across different stages of the recruiting process
• Hands-on experience with Ashby or a similar applicant tracking system, with Ashby experience strongly preferred
• Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, both when partnering internally with hiring teams and when engaging prospective candidates
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where hiring priorities and timelines may evolve
• Genuine interest in Yondr's mission and the ability to communicate that mission compellingly to prospective candidates

• Employment Type: Part-Time, Temporary (up to 30 hrs/week)

• Start Date: end of Sept/early Oct
• Pay Rate = $50/hr
