As a Design Consultant, you'll meet customers in their homes and help turn

their bathroom remodeling ideas into reality. You'll guide homeowners

through the design process, recommend the right products and solutions,

and help them make confident decisions about their investment.

Compensation

W-2, full-time commission role with uncapped earning potential

• On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $80,000–$120,000+

• $800/week for 4 weeks of paid training

You'll be responsible for

• Conducting in-home consultations to understand customer needs,

preferences, and remodeling goals

• Recommending bathroom designs, products, and solutions that fit each

customer's needs

• Presenting financing options and helping customers understand their

investment

• Building trust, overcoming objections, and confidently asking for the

sale

• Preparing accurate contracts, measurements, pricing, and financing

paperwork

Requirements

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience

• Home improvement or in-home sales experience is a plus

• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and iPad-based

presentations

• Highly coachable, competitive, reliable, and self-motivated

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, current auto insurance, and

reliable vehicle
