The role also involves overseeing customer onboarding, optimizing sales technology, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. Applicants for the Vice President of Business Development position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in sales leadership and business development, with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships. A Bachelor's degree is required, and experience in transportation, logistics, freight, or 3PL brokerage is strongly preferred.
