Vice President, Business Development

• Develops and implements strategic sales plans to achieve territory and corporate objectives for all services and product categories.
• Meets with key clients to build and maintain relationships, negotiate and close deals within the structure of a corporate sales department.
• Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and negotiation with special emphasis on closing deals.
• Research customers’ needs to develop products and services proposals.
• Respond to Request for Proposals (RFP).
• Work within company processes for development and necessary approvals for proposals.
• Maintain and increase revenues and market share within assigned territory by developing an effective business plan to penetrate competitive accounts and drive growth within existing accounts.

Requirements At least two years of previous sales experience in the healthcare industry. Knowledge of healthcare workflow and healthcare budgeting preferred. Experience in direct business to business outside sales managing large territories. Must have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record. Must be willing and able to travel 50% of the time.
