The Corporate Recruiter will partner with hiring managers across the organization to manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring efficient and equitable hiring aligned with business goals. This role will focus on our GTM team to help scale revenue-generating functions. You will identify and hire for Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, acting as a talent advisor who understands the competitive landscape and can convey Procare’s vision to candidates. What you’ll do Execute a robust recruiting strategy to meet organizational hiring demands, including understanding open roles, managing external postings, sourcing passive candidates, reviewing resumes, pre-screening, managing interviews, collecting feedback, and maintaining documentation. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews; consult with managers to determine staffing requirements and job objectives. Build and manage a diverse pipeline through multi-channel sourcing (social media, web sourcing, referrals, and events). Write and post job descriptions on career sites and other recruitment platforms; utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other networks to develop a robust candidate pool. Maintain passive pipelines for future hiring needs and develop future-ready talent pipelines across GTM roles; partner with universities and organizations to attract talent. Implement processes to improve recruiting efficiency and scalability; stay current on recruiting trends and the competitive landscape. Track and report key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, conversion rates) to optimize the hiring process. Oversee full-cycle recruitment activities including offers, background checks, salary expectations, and recommendations; coordinate interviews with candidates and the hiring team. Collaborate with Marketing to enhance employer brand within the GTM community and position Procare as a top employer in the tech space. Support HR and TA initiatives as needed. Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on GTM/Revenue roles (SDRs, AEs, CSMs, etc.) in a fast-paced tech environment. Proven ability to source using LinkedIn Recruiter and other methods to hire for niche skill sets; experience building creative talent acquisition strategies. Experience sourcing passive talent across multiple platforms; strong partnerships with hiring managers and technical leaders. Proven ability to manage a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment; excellent candidate engagement and storytelling skills about Procare’s vision. Commitment to diverse and inclusive recruiting practices; proficiency with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS/SkillSurvey) and CRM tools. Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills; knowledge of behavioral interviewing (STAR method). Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong collaboration across teams. Physical requirements Fixed office location with potential for prolonged sitting or standing. Frequent verbal and written communication; use of computer and telephone during the workday. Occasional travel may be required. Location This position is based in Denver, CO with a hybrid in-office/remote model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from the Denver office a minimum of 3 days a week.
