Senior Account Executive – Judge Technology Solutions

Judge Technology Solutions is seeking driven, high-performing Senior Account Executives who excel at consultative, solution-based selling within IT and engineering services. The Role: Solution-Oriented Sales Leadership

As a Senior Account Executive, you will serve as a trusted advisor to your clients—partnering with technology and business leaders to understand their objectives, technical environments, and workforce challenges. You will position Judge’s IT and Engineering staffing solutions to support initiatives such as digital transformation, system modernization, product development, cloud and infrastructure initiatives, and operational scale.

This role emphasizes consultative selling, strategic account growth, and long-term client value, with increasing influence over account strategy and delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow new and existing client relationships across IT and engineering disciplines
  • Lead discovery and strategy conversations with hiring managers, directors, and senior-level executives
  • Penetrate new accounts through executive-level prospecting, referrals, in-person and virtual meetings, and industry events
  • Expand existing relationships by identifying additional business units, technologies, and workforce needs
  • Position contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire solutions to solve workforce and delivery challenges
  • Maintain a consistent, high-quality sales pipeline with disciplined execution
  • Conduct 10–15 client meetings per week, including lunches and dinners, including onsite and executive presentations
  • Partner closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure best-in-class client outcomes

  • Principal / Strategic Account Leader – Ownership of enterprise or national accounts with influence over delivery strategy and account teams
  • Sales Manager / Practice Lead – Lead, coach, and grow high-performing sales teams while maintaining strategic account oversight
  • Market or Vertical Leader – Build and expand new markets, industries, or solution offerings with P&L influence
  • Executive Sales Leadership – Advancement into senior leadership roles as Judge continues to grow nationally

Leadership advancement at Judge is merit-based and performance-driven, earned through results, leadership behaviors, and the ability to build scalable revenue—not tenure alone. What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5+ years of success in business development, staffing sales, or recruiting
  • Proven ability to break into and grow mid-market and/or national accounts
  • Experience selling IT and/or Engineering staffing or professional services solutions
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and presentation skills
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and disciplined sales mindset (hunter/farmer)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
