Sr HR AI Specialist - On-Site, Minneapolis, MN

Medtronic seeks a Senior HR AI Specialist to bridge HR business needs with AI and automation solutions. The role involves translating requirements into technical specifications, designing user experiences, leading testing, and monitoring AI performance across HR systems and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Translate HR business requirements into technical specifications with stakeholders and development teams
- Evaluate AI and automation use cases for readiness, data availability, and business outcomes
- Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models for HR AI experiences
- Lead solution testing, UAT, test case development, and quality validation
- Monitor AI and bot performance to improve accuracy, reliability, and user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
- 4+ years of technical business analysis experience with AI or automation solutions
- Hands-on experience supporting large-scale AI, ML, automation, or enterprise chatbot implementation
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements across teams
- Experience developing test cases, supporting UAT, and creating technical documentation
- Experience with enterprise HR systems or AI integration with enterprise platforms (preferred)
- Knowledge of LLM tools, prompt engineering, RPA, or AI ethics (preferred)
