Sourcing Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Sourcing Coordinator to support procurement, supplier management, and sourcing operations for a growing organization.

This role is ideal for someone with procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or sourcing support experience who enjoys working with data, vendor relationships, and process improvement. Recent graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Enter and maintain supplier pricing in ERP systems
Manage contract databases and Excel tracking reports
Support RFP/RFI administration and bid tracking
Resolve supplier invoice and pricing discrepancies
Collect and maintain product documentation and compliance records
Generate supplier performance and cost analysis reports
Review freight costs and support supply chain profitability initiatives
Conduct market research and assist sourcing projects
Support vendor communications and internal reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent sourcing/procurement experience
Experience supporting purchasing, sourcing, procurement, or supply chain functions
Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
ERP experience required; Oracle or SAP preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
