Key Responsibilities\n

• Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and mental health needs. Develop diagnostic insights to inform treatment.

• Individual and Group Therapy: Facilitate individual therapy sessions, couples’ counseling, and family therapy, using evidence-based interventions to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Treatment Planning and Implementation: Create personalized treatment plans that are aligned with clients' objectives, adjusting strategies as necessary based on progress and client feedback.

• Collaboration of Care: Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans that consider all aspects of clients' well-being.

• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Ensure precise and timely documentation of all client interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes to uphold legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• You must possess a full and unrestricted license to practice independently as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Candidates must demonstrate strong judgment and evaluative skills for effective treatment planning and execution.

• High proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
